Our programmers create custom SCADA solutions, helping you run your plant more efficiently and with less expense. Operators can monitor current system status and are able to make necessary adjustments to SCADA from the central computer and also remotely.

Timber Line’s staff can create custom reports, generated either automatically or on-demand, and tailored to your specific need.  Any monitored system variable can be included in a report.

PLC

The PLC, or programmable logic controller, is the main brain in a system. If you have just one PLC or many, Timberline can synchronize them together. We program every PLC specific to the task system it is controlling. PLC’s are used to control pumps, valves, and also read field equipment. HMI

The HMI is the human machine interface. It is the graphical screen that can be used to oversee and control the entire system, or just one machine. These will be custom tailored to the layout of your facility to make it easy for your operators to oversee and control their system.
